LOCOPROT.in is an online tool which can be used to localize human protein. This web based tool predicts the location of given human protein sequence based on its physiochemical properties, amino acid and atomic compositions.

Note: This tool is made using HTML5 / CSS3. Supported browsers:
Chrome 10 | Firefox 4 | IE9 or higher.

1. Upload a File

Hit the [Browse] button and choose a *.txt file which contains your protein sequence. The size of the file should be less than 50 KB. Click [Submit] to complete the process or [Cancel] to stop the action. The results will be shown at the bottom.

2. Copy-paste Protein Sequence

Simply copy and paste the sequence data (in FASTA Format) into the text-box provided and hit [Submit]. The results will be shown at the bottom.
